When you step aboard our tour, Captain Nick will have a cooler full of ice cold water, you can bring your own beverages as well, just let him know in advance so he can leave room for your refreshments (for safety reasons, please refrain from glass containers).
Our Boat is made for the rugged challenges Florida’s west coast has to offer. The hull design is an impressive dry ride and can venture through ruff chop with no problem. The boat provides cushioned seating with back rests for some well earned breaks. Our vessel is also well equipped with Coast Guard regulated safety equipment. Dry storage is provided for your valuables. Come join the adventure.
When you hook into one of these monsters a common thing for the fish is a sudden leap out of the water. Your tarpon will do everything it can to make sure it doesn’t lose the battle. You will be astonished by the brute strength and power of the tarpon. But don’t worry Captain Nick will be there to coach you through the whole way (it’s your fish so your going to have to reel it!). Come experience the tarpon season, a thrill of a lifetime and an unforgettable memory.
Florida’s weather pattern can be unpredictable. Fish Florida Today has the necessary safety equipment to weather a storm. If Captain Nick or the National Weather Service deems conditions unsafe or not optimal for fishing, you will be notified 12 hours in advance. We will then promptly reschedule your trip. Mother Nature is one thing you can’t control or overpower, the only thing you can do is prepare and be safe. When the Captain feels the weather turns and becomes unsafe all action will be taken to get back to shelter. Most of the time storms are quick and blow right over, when it appears safe we will head back on the water. If the day has to come to an end arrangements will be made accordingly.
